Cancellation Policy

Payment Method: Bank Transfer To: Anthony L Emery, Lloyds Bank, 30-94-80 56173960 Booking Reference: Please include the booking reference and client name when making payment. Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed once the client has accepted this agreement and paid the required 20% deposit. The deposit secures the event date and is non-refundable.. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 21 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the balance is not paid within this timeframe, Funky Mother Covers reserves the right to cancel the booking. Cancellation If the client cancels the booking after confirmation, the deposit will not be refunded. If cancellation occurs before 14 days of the event, all monies paid will be returned to the client (less the 20% deposit) If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, the full performance fee may still be payable depending on the circumstances. In the unlikely event that Funky Mother Covers must cancel the performance, the client will be notified as soon as possible and all prepaid fees will be refunded in full. Performance Requirements The client agrees to provide: • A safe and suitable performance area • A reliable power supply • Adequate access for setup and equipment • Parking for band vehicles • The band typically requires 2 hrs for setup and sound check before the performance. Performance Conditions Any request for the band to perform beyond the agreed performance time may incur additional fees and must be agreed with the band. Funky Mother Covers reserve the right to stop the performance if conditions become unsafe, abusive, or threatening. In such cases the full fee remains payable. If performing outdoors, suitable weather protection must be provided for performers and equipment. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for failure to fulfil this agreement due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to illness, accident, natural disaster, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
